APPLYING IT-OUTSOURCING TO ENSURE ENTERPISE’S ECONOMIC SECURITY

Background. The use of the services of outsourcing companies by enterprises contributes to optimizing the organization’s budget and focusing on the organization’s professional activities. In the field of IT outsourcing, subscription services for computers have become the most common in practice. However, the possibilities of IT technologies used by outsourcing are much wider. Currently, the use of IT outsourcing in enterprises’ security systems is becoming more important.
Materials and methods. Realization of the research goal was achieved by studying the market of IT outsourcing services and services in Russia. The methodological basis of the research is the classical general scientific research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization and classification.
Results. The article deals with the problem of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise and analyze the tasks that need to be addressed at the same time. It reflected the advantages and disadvantages when referring to outsourcing services, outsourcing tasks, and discussed in detail in the outsourcing of information technology. Analyzed cloud technologies and their benefits.
Conclusions. The main criterion for deciding on the application of security outsourcing is whether a company needs to gain competitive advantages through: reducing costs, or gaining access to advanced technologies, or simplifying the security management structure.
